Frequently asked questions

How are the programmes delivered?: All programmes are self-paced and online. Once you enroll you can access every lesson immediately and progress at your own speed. Each programme is the equivalent of six weeks at three hours a week.
How do I pay?: Checkout is handled by Paystack. You can pay with a card or via M-Pesa. Payments are charged in Kenyan Shillings.
Will I receive a certificate?: Yes. When you complete every lesson in a programme, VACC issues a certificate with a unique number and a public verification page anyone can use to confirm authenticity.
Can my employer be invoiced?: Yes — for institutional enrolments of three or more learners, contact us for an invoice and bulk-purchase pricing.
Do you offer refunds?: We offer a 7-day refund window if you have not yet completed more than 20% of the programme. Reach out and we will process the refund through Paystack.
